GOD DAMN IT.
i'm having my dreadful graduation project presentation today.
i'm not prepared, not at all.
gonna keep practicing until i feel i'm at least a little prepared.
Lauder has offer me a full timer position.
when i was a part timer, i wanna job them as a full timer.
now when i'm working like a full timer, i think i refer part time.
no doubt the $400 worth of free course every 3 months is really attractive.
50% staff purchase.
2% commission and 6% commission for over achieved.
and occasional free products from all brands.
MC, Annual Leave, etc.
i remembered what i told Marjorie when she interviewed me, wondering why i wanted to join Lauder.
it wasn't about the benefits they offer.
it's not about the recognition.
it was always one thing, passion for beauty.
i wanted to start with a BA position because i love interactions, i love interpersonal relationships between people. and that's why i'm here, being a mass comm. student i wanna stretch myself, i wanna see how far i can go in life, giving myself a capbility test . i wanna use this as a stepping stone and when i gained sufficient exposures and experience, i will join their mangement.
yes, lauder is proud.
we are boastful.
we are perfectionist.
we never compromise for something lesser.
we only ask for the best.
it sounds really like me, the bonus here is that this is a American company.
the system and all are really different.
do you still remember the " you" at the very start?
and the dream that you carried along?
